Start With Strengths: change the lens, change the story
Too many of our students leave our schools with less confidence than when they arrive. Struggling students and their families are often made aware of the deficits while silenced of the strengths. Chris will share real stories of the positive impact of a focus on the strengths of our children. When we start with the strengths and positives of our students, we look through a different lens and work to create the conditions for real success, increased self-confidence, and a changed story of life at school.
